Shah Rukh Khan has a music festival. UNIFYD, which he curates, was announced last week for Etihad Live on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, on 20 March 2027, with Arijit Singh and Karan Aujla at the top of the bill.

Sonu Nigam plays a special set. The organisers say more than 15 acts will perform across several stages over a single day.

Who is behind it

UNIFYD is produced by D'YAVOL Live and District, the live events and ticketing app. D'YAVOL Live belongs to the D'YAVOL group, which Khan co-founded with his son Aryan Khan, Leti Blagoeva and Bunty Singh. The Department of Culture and Tourism, Abu Dhabi and Miral are partners on the first edition. Emirates NBD comes in as associate partner.

The release pitches the event at audiences from India, the Middle East and the wider South Asian diaspora.

"UNIFYD, produced by D'YAVOL Live along with District, will unite India's most incredible artists on a shared stage for the first time," Khan said in a statement.

Bunty Singh, co-founder of D'YAVOL Live, was shorter about it. "Indian music is already global," he said. "UNIFYD gives that cultural force a festival platform that matches its scale, ambition and influence."

Below the headliners

The rest of the poster splits roughly in two. On the vocal side are Jonita, Shalmali Kholgade, Patiala Mehfil and Simran Choudhary. The electronic acts include Nooriyah, Curtain Blue, Tech Panda x Kenzani, Rusha & Blizza, Stick No Bills, BOH!B, Priyanka and Unnayanaa.
