IVE's Looks Can Kill Mini Album Is Out: Six Tracks, Zara Larsson
Starship released IVE's six-track Looks Can Kill at 2.30 pm IST on Monday, with lyric credits for Rei, Gaeul and Liz and Zara Larsson also on the record.

IVE's mini album Looks Can Kill landed on Indian streaming apps for K-pop fans in India at 2.30 pm on Monday, 6 pm in Seoul, with six tracks, one of them the title song the group pre-released on 19 October.
Starship Entertainment calls it a spin-off. After the cupid and magical-girl alter egos of earlier releases, this one is the "girl hero".
The six songs
Starship has described each track. "Glow Motion" closes the record.
- "Looks Can Kill", with Rei on the lyric credits
- "Mirror Mirror", built on fairy-tale motifs with what the agency calls a dark, dreamy feel
- "SNAKESKIN", about shedding a skin to show your real self
- "CRUMBS", a heavy-beat track with lyrics by Gaeul and Liz
- "Girls Girls Girls", the rhythmic, bright one
- "Glow Motion", the soft closer
"Six tracks with different colours blend into a single flow," Starship said.
Who worked on it
Starship lists a long set of collaborators. The Korean names include Seo Ji-eum, Lil Cherry, Gaeko and Omega Sapiens. From outside Korea there are the Swedish pop singer Zara Larsson, Margo XS and Cecile Believe.

Where it stands
The title track has been climbing the Korean charts since its pre-release, helped along by the "sniper dance" point move, and the group performed it on the weekend music shows. ILLIT's BREAK EVEN came out the same evening, as listed on our K-pop calendar.
For how a pre-release and a full comeback fit together, see our comeback explainer. IVE have no India date announced. More from the K-Pop desk as music show wins come in this week.
