Kiran Abbavaram's first film as director has sold its music to Saregama for about Rs 3.5 crore, Telugu outlets report. The first song is out on the label.

Saregama has bought the audio rights to Reality, the Telugu film Kiran Abbavaram is directing as well as leading, for around Rs 3.5 crore. 123Telugu, Tupaki and NTV Telugu all reported the deal on Tuesday, 27 October. Neither the label nor the producers have put out a figure of their own.

Reality is Abbavaram's first film as a director, and he also wrote the story and screenplay. Sudhakar Chaganti produces it under the Joy Films banner, with Suresh Yerra as co-producer. Devika Bhat plays the female lead, alongside Sharat Kumar, Sai Kumar and Rohini. The film is set for a Christmas release on 25 December.
