Jisoo's agency, Blissoo, has set "Addicted" for Friday, 30 October, at 8 am in Seoul. In India that is 4:30 am IST, when the single goes up on streaming services here and everywhere else at the same moment.

It is the second pre-release single from Jisoo's first full-length solo album. "Click" was the first, in September. The album itself still has no release date, Yonhap reported on Tuesday.

A darker turn

Blissoo is pitching the new song as a change of mood. "Jisoo, who sang about a special connection in which two people are naturally drawn to each other in 'Click,' will showcase another distinctive concept transformation through 'Addicted,'" the agency said in its release, as quoted by Yonhap. The Korea Times reports the agency calling it darker and more complex.

The teasers ran from Saturday to Monday on Blissoo's channels: a motion logo with heart-shaped lightning across a purple night sky, concept photos of Jisoo half hidden behind a sparkling curtain, and a short clip with a few bars of the melody and a glimpse of the choreography.

Music shows again

Jisoo will promote "Addicted" with live performances on Korean television music programmes, according to the agency. The Korea Times describes these as her first weekly music show appearances in recent memory.

"Click" did well abroad. By Blissoo's count it reached the top 10 of iTunes charts in 43 regions and Apple Music's Top Songs charts in 11 countries. Before that she released her debut solo EP, Amortage, in 2025, and "Eyes Closed" with Zayn, which entered the US Billboard Hot 100.

No India dates have been announced for Jisoo. The K-pop concerts that are confirmed are in our India K-pop calendar, and this month's other comebacks, including IVE's new mini album, are in K-Pop.
