New Hindi, Punjabi, Tamil and Telugu songs this week, from King's Tu Mil Jaaye to Salman Khan's Teri Sexy Beauty and a Sony Music series track.
Hindi film music led the week again, with a Shah Rukh Khan birthday single, a Salman Khan playback return, and three Shreya Ghoshal credits across different labels. Hindi
"Tu Mil Jaaye", King. T-Series put the first song from Siddharth Anand's King up just after midnight on Monday, 2 November, Shah Rukh Khan's birthday. Arijit Singh and Madhubanti Bagchi sing a Sachin-Jigar composition with Ed Sheeran on the English verses, and Deepika Padukone is on screen. Full report: King's first song.
"Saawan Aaya Hai", Yeh Prem Mol Liya. Shreya Ghoshal and Keshav Anand sing Himesh Reshammiya's fourth song from the Sooraj Barjatya film, out Tuesday on Himesh Reshammiya Melodies. Ayushmann Khurrana and Sharvari are on screen. Full story.
"Teri Sexy Beauty", Maatrubhumi. Salman Khan and Muskaan sing Sajid Khan's track, out on Salman Khan Films Music. It is his first playback credit in 11 years, according to Bollywood Hungama and the Indian Express. Full story.

"Dhola Ji", Suryaa. Shreya Ghoshal, Javed Ali and Swaroop Khan on a Zee Music Company release for Sunny Deol's Suryaa, composed by Sudhakar Sharma with lyrics by Dutt Sharma. Full story.
"Kahaan Jaayenge?", Benaras Beat. Anurag Saikia's ghazal with Suvarna Tiwari on vocals, full video on Benaras Media Works on 5 November. Full story.
"Jo Bhi Hona Hai Ho Jayega", Student of the Year: After Dark. Chaar Diwaari and Samad Khan wrote, composed and sing the track for Dharmatic Entertainment's series, out Wednesday on Sony Music India. The series premieres on JioHotstar on 13 November. Full story.
Punjabi
"Mahiya" also leads the Punjabi-leaning listens this week: Badshah's writing and hook sit on a Hindi-Punjabi blend, with Ghoshal on the melody. No separate major Punjabi film single cleared our two-source bar between 31 October and 6 November.
Tamil
"Iruvar", Saregama Originals. Nivas K. Prasanna's Tamil single with Sooraj Santhosh and Aditi Shankar singing Vijay Sethupathi's lyrics, out 4 November on Saregama Tamil. Full story.
